USDA Prime is the top 2-3% of the US beef market and we are proud to serve the best steaks available. Our corn-fed beef comes from the greater Omaha area and has an intense flavor and exceeds the marbling standards of USDA Prime. We dry-age primal meat on premises and all steaks are cut by our in-house butcher.
Please cut into your steak when it arrives to ensure it is the way you like it. The perfect steak is our goal and you are the judge. We serve USDA Prime Ribeyes, Porterhouses, Strips and USDA Choice Tenderloins.
You can savor the quality of a fancy steakhouse’s Porterhouse right here in the South without the big city price.
All steaks are cut and cooked to order.
Our Model T, or “Tin Lizzie,” is affectionately known as Miss Gertie. In 1917, she was a butcher's truck in Colorado. In retirement, she spends her days greeting guests. Gertie is not the only one to call Richmond Hill her vacation home. The great American car manufacturer Henry Ford built his vacation home here and laid the foundation to change the future of our town.
Aging beef enhances the flavor and the tenderness of steaks.
Wet aging is storing vacuum sealed beef cuts in refrigerated temperatures for up to 60 days, allowing enzymes to slowly tenderize the beef by breaking down tougher muscle fibers.
In dry-aging, much like letting a sauce simmer and cook down to intensify its flavor, the moisture loss in this method produces a distinct nutty scent, earthy and ultimate beef flavor.
Dry-aged steaks are usually found in high-end restaurants. We are proud to be the only restaurant in Coastal Georgia that dry-ages Prime grade beef on premises at a price for the common man.
